1. If you experience any COVID or cold/flu or stomach upset symptoms prior to your appointment or on the day of your appointment please contact me to reschedule.  Symptoms include but are not exclusive to runny nose, sore throat, cough, loss or change in sense of smell or taste, a temperature, headaches, nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea.  If you are at all unsure please seek medical advice and reschedule your appointment.

2. Please also refer to the full list of contra-indications listed on the consultation form which you will complete prior to your first appointment.  Contagious conditions such as eye infections and cold sores will also require appointments to be rescheduled.

3. I have chosen to continue to wear a type IIR mask for all treatments.  You are welcome to wear yours to your treatment and remove it just before your treatment begins.

4. Please wash or sanitise your hands on arrival before entering the treatment room.  There is a bathroom available next to the treatment area for your use.

5. The treatment area, hallway and bathroom area will be cleaned thoroughly between each appointment including all surfaces and door handles.  

6. I am choosing not to display the products that I use during my treatments but I do carry prepacked samples that you are welcome to ask me about.  All clients receive a 20% discount across the entire SKN-RG range.  Here is their website for you to browse:  https://www.skn-rg.com/
